Class Description - Fitness Flow
Class Description- "Fitness Flow" combines modern/jazz exercises with yoga breathing patterns and poses to prepare your body for technique classes. Fire up your core, jam out to good music, and get ready to conquer your day.

Class Description - Ballet
Class Description “Combining the stability of pilates, the invigorating flow of yoga, and focused ballet exercises, this class will activate and condition every muscle you need to be a strong, balanced mover. Whether you are a professional dancer or you just want to get your workout in for the day, this is the class for you!”
This class can be for anyone. “Ages 6 to Adult”

Class Description - Ballet/Contemporary
Class Description- Horton's dance technique, which is now commonly known as Horton Technique, has no style, per se. The technique emphasizes a whole body, anatomical approach to dance that includes flexibility, strength, coordination and body and spatial awareness to enable unrestricted, dramatic freedom of expression.
Movement with a Ballet/Horton class for professionals or children.

Class Description - Lyrical
This lyrical classes goal is to give the students a new approach to movement. In class we will be working towards really lengthening our movements, expressing our selves using more than just the body but also including the face, and tapping into deeper emotions. Also working on the practical lessons of beautiful turns, high legs, great technique, correct posture, and many more while expressing. Lyrical is all about the story the dance is presenting so here the students will learn to be comfortable with using there movement and faces to give a story that will touch an audiences hearts with out having to use words.

Nia has trained in many styles of dance such as Ballet, Modern, African, Hip-Hop, and especially finding the Groove. This is Intermediate/Advance friendly and open to those who are open minded to learn more about Hip-Hop. Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and FLY!

Fun and Joyous break time and Dance Class!! Bring your favorite food and topics for exciting conversation with friends in Dance!
We have been working hard learning and exploring movement, now is the time to Dance and fellowship while learning coping methods and fun activities in the form of pleasant Q&A.
